T-Shirt Of The Day

Wandering around the university today, I saw a doozie of a T-Shirt:

Jog for Jugs

What does this mean? I can not say. Where did he get it? I do not know. Why is he wearing it? I do not understand. Today's T-Shirt Of The Day scores a 9/10 in the category 'so totally random I just can't figure it out'.
